Manager of Integrated Marketing & Operations

Jordan’s is growing and we’re excited to introduce a new role on our Marketing team. We’re looking for a Manager of Integrated Marketing & Operations to help lead and elevate how we plan, execute, and connect our marketing efforts across channels. This hybrid position is based in Dedham, MA and requires 2 days in the office and 3 days working remotely each week. The Manager, Integrated Marketing & Operations, leads the planning and execution of cross-challenge marketing campaigns across the organization. This role drives alignment between brand, merchandising, and promotional priorities, ensuring a cohesive omni-channel approach that fuels brand growth, customer engagement, and revenue. You’ll act as a key connector across teams partnering closely with Marketing, E-commerce, PR, Social, Lifecycle, Creative, and Analytics to deliver data-informed campaigns that create a seamless and compelling customer journey. This role reports to the Director of Brand Marketing and plays a critical role in translating business goals into clear, actionable marketing plans that deliver measurable results.
