Creative Associate

NOW Hospitality is seeking a creative, driven, and highly organized Full‑Time Content Creator to support and elevate the digital presence of our growing portfolio of hospitality brands. This role is responsible for capturing, editing, and producing high-quality photo and video content across all NOW Hospitality venues, events, and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is passionate about visual storytelling, social media trends, hospitality culture, and content strategy, with the ability to independently execute creative projects from concept to final delivery. Key Responsibilities Capture and edit professional-quality photography and videography across all NOW Hospitality locations, events, and activations Create engaging social media content including reels, TikToks, short‑form videos, behind‑the‑scenes content, promotional campaigns, and event coverage Edit and deliver content optimized for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, websites, email marketing, and digital advertising Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop creative campaigns and content strategies Maintain consistent visual branding and storytelling across all hospitality concepts Assist with content planning, scheduling, and execution for ongoing marketing initiatives Attend special events, promotions, openings, nightlife programming, and activations as needed Organize, manage, and archive digital media assets and content libraries Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content styles within hospitality and lifestyle industries Assist with influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, and campaign shoots when applicable Required Skills & Qualifications Experience with photography, videography, photo editing, and video production Proficiency in editing platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro), CapCut, Canva, Final Cut Pro, or similar software Strong understanding of composition, lighting, editing, pacing, and visual storytelling Knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging content trends Ability to create engaging, trend‑aware, and brand‑focused content independently Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Excellent communication and collaboration skills Flexible schedule with availability for evenings, weekends, and events when required Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between NOW Hospitality locations Preferred Qualifications Degree or professional experience in Marketing, Communications, Media, Film, Photography, Graphic Design, or related field Previous experience creating content for hospitality, restaurants, nightlife, entertainment, events, or lifestyle brands Experience managing social media content calendars and campaign execution Knowledge of current digital marketing and social media strategies Portfolio Requirement Applicants must submit a portfolio showcasing photography, videography, editing work, social media content, or related creative projects for consideration.
