We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales, fostering customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the dealership. If you have mid-level sales experience in the automotive industry and a passion for helping customers find the right vehicle, we want to hear from you!

• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences, providing expert advice and recommendations.
• Conduct product demonstrations and facilitate test drives, showcasing the features and benefits of our vehicles.
• Follow up with potential customers through calls and emails to nurture leads and close sales.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and participate in team meetings and training sessions.

• 2-4 years of experience in automotive sales or related field.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.

• Experience in financing and leasing options.
• Knowledge of automotive products and industry trends.
• Strong negotiation skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in a second language, such as Spanish, is a plus.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment.
