Our office is seeking a Sales Associate for our intake team.

Law firm "sales" are different from what most people are used to because law firms are not allowed to solicit. 100% of all incoming or outgoing telephone calls or meetings come from a request from the prospective client for the call.

We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support, is essential in this position. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.

Absent exceptional circumstances, we are looking for a bilingual candidate who can speak Spanish and English. This is an in-office position.  We are currently fully remote but will be back in office soon.  Position also requires weekends.

Duties include:

· Providing customer service

· Screening prospective clients

Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities

· Sending out and receiving mail and packages

· Sending faxes and emails

· Managing documents and files

· Performing multifaceted general office support

· Sending and receiving documents for the company

· Answering the phone

· Operating a range of office machines such as photocopiers and computers

· Managing mailing or distribution lists as needed

· Greeting guests and visitors

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour plus bonuses
