We are looking for a Home Health Nurse to join our small, specialized home care health team and provide exceptional care to our patients. Position Highlights Monday through Friday – flexible, day-shift scheduling Up to 28 days of paid time off per year Autonomous work as part of a highly functioning, knowledgeable team Responsibilities Administer skilled nursing care to patients requiring intermittent professional services, complete initial evaluations, regularly re-evaluate nursing needs, initiate the plan of care, and furnish services. Coordinate services with physicians and other personnel, counsel patients and families, participate in in-service programs, and supervise and train other nursing staff. Education Must possess a Nursing Degree and a current RN license from the state of Colorado. Experience Must have a minimum of one year of experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or comparable institution. Wound care experience is a plus. Licenses & Certification Licensed RN in the State of Colorado Valid driver’s license, current automobile insurance, reliable transportation Current CPR certification Compensation Hourly rate $33.00 – $51.15, DOE. Nurses may increase compensation through the Clinical Ladder Program, which rewards engagement in organizational initiatives, professional development, leadership activities, and quality and patient safety contributions. Physical Requirements Occasionally (0-33%): walking, sitting, bending, stooping, kneeling, stairs, lifting/lowering (0-50 lbs), carrying (0-50 lbs), pushing/pulling (0-50 lbs) Frequently (34-66%): standing, changing position, reaching, reaching across midline, handling, pinching Continuously (37-100%): visual acuity with corrective eyewear, hearing clearly with assistance Schedule Shift: 8 hour Schedule: Days Status: Full Time Benefits Eligibility Medical, dental, vision, health care FSA, dependent care FSA, and Lifestyle Spending Account: All active employees working 40 or more hours per pay period in a Full Time or Part Time position are eligible for benefits on the first of the month after hire.
