Employs more than 1,000 employees and 300 physicians. Fully accredited by The Joint Commission. The facility is governed by a local board of trustees. It is also one of the largest non-government employers in the area. 167-bed healthcare facility. Level III Trauma Center status. State-specific checks required. All clinical staff must be checked against the state abuse registry prior to assignment start date. Results required prior to start. Unit profile details: Medical Surgical Combination Unit. Role is for an RN. Number of openings: 1. Shift details as mentioned. Guaranteed hours: 36 weekly. Weekends: Every other/as needed. Call requirements: As needed. Experience floating to similar med/surg units may be necessary. Unit has a number of beds with specific patient ratios. Equipment includes Omnicell for medication dispensing. Electronic health record system utilized is Meditech. Reports to a nursing director. Patient population includes all ages. Professional appearance is required. Any casual wear is considered unacceptable attire. Position is for the replacement of permanent staff.
