Acute Occupational Therapist PRN

Job Overview The Occupational Therapist (OT) will evaluate, plan, and provide occupational therapy services for in‑patients and out‑patients at MultiCare Auburn Medical Center. The role includes working a variable schedule, covering weekend rotations, weekday sick call, and PTO coverage. OT duties span multiple medical centers, requiring cross‑cover training at Auburn and Covington Medical Centers. Responsibilities Conduct patient evaluations and re‑evaluations to establish and modify treatment plans. Implement therapy interventions for outpatient and inpatient populations as directed. Document accurately and timely in the medical record. Collaborate with patients, peers, and other health professionals to coordinate care. Operate efficiently under stress and emergency situations. Adhere to departmental productivity standards and mandatory training schedules. Requirements State of Washington Occupational Therapist license. Minimum one (1) year of previous occupational therapy experience (preferred). Availability for weekend rotation and weekday sick call/PTO coverage. Willingness to cross‑cover Auburn and Covington Medical Centers and complete initial training. Benefits & Compensation Competitive salary range: $47.46 – $75.24 USD.
