What You’ll Do Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members Provide exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have Maintain a clean, neat, and member‑ready area Receive & stock merchandise in an organized manner Maintain inventory so that there are no out‑of‑stock or over‑stock products Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and help educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources Understand produce quality specifications and prepare products according to established standards Leverage digital tools for product quality decisions and training Use perpetual inventory management techniques to stock and rotate department products Guide peers and attend to customer needs while following company policies Implement action plans, use Open Door Policy, and apply ethical practices Communicate progress, recommend improvement opportunities, and adapt to change Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changes Strong customer service orientation Basic math and inventory skills Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Good communication and teamwork skills Preferred Qualifications None specified.
