Company has been in the Architectural Metal and Glass industry in the Tri-State Area for over 30 years, specializing in the design, fabrication & installation of Architectural Metal, Glass, Curtain Wall, Storefronts, and Specialty Steel.

We are currently seeking a candidate for the role of Project Manager/Estimator

Located in Orangeburg, NY. Currently seeking a Full Time Project Manager/Estimator. Must have ability to travel to Orangeburg, NY. This is NOT a Remote Position.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Necessary Experience/Attributes:

• Handle project Schedule, material & manpower coordination, fabrication coordination, and project close out.
  Handle projects from project award to project close out:
  Creating & Maintaining of Project Schedules and status of all project activities
  Coordination of Materials, In-House and with External Vendors
  Ensure Daily Load & Scope Daily Requests are completed accurately and timely for each project scheduled
  Coordinate Field Manpower requests
  Change Order Management, Submittal, Status Updates & Work Performed
  Attend and record accurate jobsite meeting minutes, schedule concerns and action items
  Document Meeting minutes at internal Project Management meetings and ensure all action items are updated and completed prior to action deadlines.
