Lunch and dinner shifts available supporting our lead cooks. You will also have the opportunity to prove yourself to move up to an occasional shift lead cook.

We are meticulous about our preparation and presentation. This is not a fast-food environment. Quality matters.

$14 - $16 hourly

• Grill, broil or saute menu items according to standard recipes and presentation specifications
• Maintain work stations, including all countertops, utensils, equipment, and refrigeration in a clean and sanitary condition per health and safety regulations
• Assemble a system of food stations and fill them with everything they need for the shift
• Interact with visitors, vendors, and associates while maintaining a professional and positive attitude
• Recognize and adhere to quality requirements for meats, vegetables, fruits, and dairy products, as well as correct storage and waste management

• Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification such as a GED
• Possesses a strong work ethic and have high attention to detail
• Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers
• Previous experience working in food service is preferred
• Candidates need a strong understanding of compliance with kitchen safety and food storage requirements
