Qualifications: Meets all state required regulations to practice in the dialysis setting. Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) required with a specialization in clinical practice. Demonstrated knowledge of government and private insurance programs. The Salary Range for the role is $74,900-$118,000 per year. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
