Male CNA/HHA/PCA Caregiver - $20 to $23/Hour

SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring a male CNA, HHA, or PCA caregiver in Marlborough, MA. We are seeking a dependable caregiver who can provide compassionate, respectful, and reliable support to a client in their home.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living

• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Perform light housekeeping and help maintain a safe home environment

• Follow the client’s care plan and daily routines

• Communicate client needs or changes to the care team

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

• Male caregiver preferred for this assignment

• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable

• Strong communication skills

• Comfortable working independently in a client’s home

• Able to commit to longer shifts as scheduled
