We are hiring Class A CDL Drivers for a local shuttle position operating between three facilities in Joliet, IL. This is an excellent opportunity for drivers looking for a predictable schedule, daily home time, and hourly pay. Drivers will primarily shuttle trailers between customer facilities using a day cab, with spotting duties performed as needed based on operational requirements.

This position offers a set schedule, paid overtime opportunities, and consistent local work. Drivers will work on-site at the Joliet facilities and return home daily. Schedule start times may occasionally shift based on customer needs.

Pay & Bonuses

• $27.00 per hour on 1st and 2nd shifts
• $28.00 per hour on 3rd shift (includes $1.00 nighttime differential)
• Overtime paid after 40 hours at time-and-a-half
• $500 New Hire Transition Bonus paid on the second paycheck

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience
• Hazmat endorsement required
• Tanker endorsement required
• Safe driving record
• Ability to pass all DOT, background, and drug screening requirements

Training

Upon hire, drivers will complete one week of local daytime training with experienced drivers before transitioning to their assigned shift schedule.
