Qualifications

• Must hold an active NY SLP license (for SLP positions)
• RN Nurse, LPN/LVN, or School RN credentials as required by state standards
• Experience in early childhood or school settings preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively within an integrated therapy team
• Willingness to follow detailed IEPs and adapt to classroom standards

Responsibilities

• Deliver care and/or therapy to children ages 3-5 in integrated and self-contained preschool classrooms
• Implement and monitor effective care or therapy routines according to each childs IEP
• Work closely with speech, occupational, and physical therapy providers to create supportive educational programs
• Track student progress and provide updates for annual IEP reviews
• Participate in team meetings with paid time for indirect duties
