Your Impact

• Provide high-quality customer service and genuine hospitality to every guest
  
• Create a welcoming and positive guest experience through friendly communication and attentive service
  
• Serve guests in a fast-paced Front of House environment, including the front counter, drive-thru, dining room, and other guest-facing areas
  
• Take orders, process transactions, prepare and deliver orders, and assist guests with their needs
  
• Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members while maintaining a positive attitude
  
• Work efficiently as part of a team while maintaining high standards for service, cleanliness, accuracy, and hospitality
  
• Build valuable communication, teamwork, customer service, and leadership skills that can benefit you beyond your time at Chick-fil-A
  
• Upper management and leadership growth opportunities including Team Lead, Shift Lead, and Director positions
  

Background Profile

• Must be 16 or older
  
• Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace--hustle is a must!
