About the Role:

As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of our licensed nursing staff. Your duties will include:

• Assisting patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Taking and recording vital signs, reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing team

• Providing emotional support and companionship to our residents, enhancing their overall well-being

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and services provided

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, following established protocols and procedures

• Perform routine tasks such as feeding, bathing, and toileting

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, ensuring adherence to infection control protocols

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Texas

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 0 years of experience as a CNA (new graduates welcome to apply!)
