Commercial Account Manager

Crestfield Talent is seeking a relationship-focused Commercial Account Manager to manage business client accounts support account growth and coordinate ongoing service needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communication with assigned commercial accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients
• Respond to account questions and ongoing service needs
• Maintain accurate account information and activity in CRM systems
• Schedule account reviews meetings and follow-up calls
• Coordinate client needs with internal departments
• Track open requests opportunities and outstanding tasks
• Support account retention and identify opportunities for growth
• Prepare basic account updates and internal reports

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
