Salary Range: $44,000 - $64,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, inspect, and log incoming raw materials and finished goods.
- Prepare and package outgoing products for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to move materials within the warehouse.
- Maintain organized inventory records and assist with cycle counting.
- Coordinate with production and logistics to ensure timely material flow.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, verifying quantities against shipping manifests.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or damages in received or shipped goods.
Recommended Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-3 years experience in shipping/receiving within a manufacturing environment
- Proficient in using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
- Experience with inventory management software and scanning systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for inventory management.
- Forklift certification with experience operating various types of lift equipment.
- Proficiency in using barcode scanning systems and related software.
- Familiarity with hazardous material handling and shipping regulations (e.g., DOT, IATA).
- Basic mechanical aptitude for minor equipment maintenance or troubleshooting.
