responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional insights synthesis to guide brand strategy and advise on key initiatives for obesity pipeline assets.
• Enable rapid, data-driven business decisions by framing and prioritizing critical brand and market evolution questions.
• Identify high-impact opportunities utilizing market research, advanced analytics, and competitive intelligence.
• Project future market dynamics 5-10 years out to guide asset teams in clinical programs and launch strategies.
• Manage end-to-end project planning, timeline execution, and stakeholder coordination across multiple audience levels.
• Lead and support strategic initiatives aimed at continuously improving data and analytics capabilities.

 
qualifications:

Required Skills:

• Proven ability to synthesize insights from a wide variety of fragmented workstreams.
• Track record of organizing complex thinking succinctly for multiple executive audience levels.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage, prompt, and fact-check AI tools for data and analytics.
• Experience in market research, business analytics, or competitive intelligence within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.

Preferred Skills:

• Background specifically handling pipeline assets, disease area strategy, or obesity/metabolic therapeutic areas.
