Opportunity We are seeking a Senior Consultant, Learning & Development to work with the Agoda People Development & Performance (PDP) team in Chicago, US. The role focuses on designing, developing, and implementing impactful learning solutions that align with Agoda’s business and cultural objectives. As a Senior Consultant, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, brand leaders, and delivery partners to analyze learning needs, build scalable programs, and measure outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead and support the management of global learning projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. Assist in the design, development, and execution of learning programs that align with Agoda’s business and cultural objectives. Support stakeholders and the learning team in delivering solutions that enhance employee performance and engagement. Leverage experience with change management and enablement learning strategies. Build relationships across group companies to adapt existing learning content to organizational requirements. Use data to track and measure the impact of learning programs and generate insights to improve effectiveness. Conduct research and support the identification of learning trends, employee sentiment, and capability gaps. Assist in facilitating learning sessions, workshops, and development initiatives for employees at various levels. Collaborate with internal teams to leverage subject‑matter expertise and internal resources for enhanced learning experiences. Stay informed about best practices in learning and development to bring innovative approaches to the team. What You’ll Need To Succeed 8+ years of experience in business consulting, learning & development, or organizational development at a multi‑national organization. Undergraduate degree required; advanced degrees welcome. Strong communication skills and ability to facilitate training and workshops. Analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and report on learning program effectiveness and generate actionable insights. Experience designing and delivering learning programs across diverse employee demographics and understanding adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies is a plus. Ownership and growth mindset; ability to meet tight deadlines with a logical, methodical approach. Ability to handle ambiguity and adapt in a constantly changing, multi‑cultural business environment. Flexibility to work across time zones. Display of humility, flexibility, and curiosity. Role based in Chicago, US. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary of $141,000–$166,000 for the Chicago metro area. Eligible for an annual bonus. Additional benefits include standard corporate offerings (health, dental, vision, retirement, and paid leave).
