As a OR Registered Nurse, your voice to influence patient care is valued and empowered at every turn – whether through open, collaborative relationships with your direct manager or more formal opportunities through hospital councils and national nursing initiatives. Unit: Mission Hospital Main OR. All nurses are trained in all services lines within the department.

Shift: 11am-9pm with call. Ask recruiter for more details.

Provides leadership which facilitates the delivery of professional nursing care for the comfort and well-being of patients. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching patients and family. Implements medically prescribed interventions.

What qualifications you will need:

• Required Experience: One year of current OR RN experience
• Required Education: Associates Degree in Nursing
• Required License: Must have and maintain current licensure as registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing. eNLC (Enhanced Nurse License Compact) license may apply, licensee should confirm with NCBON
• Required Certifications: BLS and ACLS
