Speech-Language Pathologist - High School Caseload

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district near West Palm Beach, Florida. This opportunity offers flexibility for both full-time and part-time candidates and serves a 9th-12th grade high school caseload.

We welcome experienced Speech-Language Pathologists as well as Clinical Fellows (CFY/CF-SLP) looking to begin their careers in a collaborative educational setting with mentorship and support.

Position Details:

• Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Location: Near West Palm Beach, FL
• Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time
• Caseload: High School Students (Grades 9-12)
• School Year: 2026-2027

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language evaluations and assessments for high school students.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs and IEP goals.
• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, parents, and administrators.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records.
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, social communication, and other speech-language disorders.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active Florida SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred but not required.
• Clinical Fellows (CF-SLP/CFY) encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• School-based experience preferred but not required.
