Join a team that will truly value you and appreciate your hard work.THE RESIDENTIAL HVAC ADVISOR WE'RE LOOKING FORDo you meet these qualifications?Commission -based sales experienceValid driver's licenseMotivation to meet goals and targetsIn-home, consultative, or high-ticket sales experience (preferred, not required)Can you perform these duties?Conducting in-home HVAC system consultations and identifying opportunities for upgrades and replacementsHelping prospects select the right heating and air conditioning equipment for their systems and generating cost estimates for the upgradePerforming accurate sizing, evaluations, and load calculationsClearly explaining financing options and encouraging customers to approve the workCommunicating project information to installers and the service team to ensure we fully meet the customer's expectationsBuilding positive customer relationships and helping increase business revenueSCHEDULEThis isn't a standard Monday–Friday 8–5 role - and that's part of what makes it rewarding. Comfort Advisors work on a flexible, customer‑driven schedule that varies day to day. Some days start at 8 AM, others at 10 AM, and end times may range from late afternoon to early evening. Saturday availability helps you maximize your earning potential, since many homeowners prefer weekend consultations.
