A Better Solution in Home Care is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver (HCA/CNA) to join our team in Stanwood, WA. This is a meaningful opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of clients who need personalized, in-home care and support. If you're passionate about helping others and take pride in delivering quality care, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding according to client care plans
- Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and errands
- Monitor and document client health status and report changes to supervisors
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
- Administer medication reminders in accordance with care plan guidelines
- Valid Washington State HCA (Home Care Aide) or CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certification
- Male caregiver preferred to meet specific client care needs and preferences
- Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or a related healthcare setting preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor
- Ability to pass a background check and meet state compliance requirements
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
