Join our busy HVAC Team! Schedule: Friday - Saturday - Sunday - Monday - This will be a 4 day work week - 4 - 10 hour days to cover our busy weekend shifts Our Performance Pay Plan is extremely competitive in the industry! Our Managers can tell you more! Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 + hourly plus performance incentives - Based on experience! Top Performers have great earnings potential with our Pay Plan! Competitive Pay Weekly Paycheck Performance Bonus Opportunities Company-Provided Vehicle & Fuel Card Free Uniforms 401(k) Match & Health Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision) Short & Long-Term Disability + Life Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Employee Assistance Program What You’ll Do: Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems while delivering an exceptional customer experience Educate homeowners on the condition of their heating and cooling systems, clearly explaining findings, repair options, and recommended solutions Build trust with customers by providing honest recommendations that help improve comfort, efficiency, reliability, and system longevity Perform system inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to identify current and potential issues before they become costly repairs Install and service HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, thermostats, controls, and related components Communicate professionally with customers throughout the service call, answering questions and ensuring they understand the work being performed Accurately document inspections, repairs, materials used, and recommendations in company systems and invoices Partner closely with dispatch and support teams to provide a seamless customer experience and efficient scheduling Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked company vehicle and work area Follow all safety procedures, company standards, and industry best practices Stay current on HVAC technology, products, and service techniques through ongoing training and development Deliver a five-star customer experience by helping homeowners make informed decisions about their home's comfort systems Perform other duties as assigned What We Are Looking For: EPA preferred Minimum 2 years of residential or light commercial HVAC experience preferred Strong diagnostic skills and mechanical aptitude Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record High school diploma or equivalent (technical school a plus)

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts and installation teams Keep your company truck clean, inside and out Keep your truck inventory up to date Properly complete paperwork Join the on-call rotation Maintain a clean and professional appearance Have and maintain a clean driving record Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional Have or be willing to get the proper certifications (We can help you with this) Ensure safety best practices are followed in the field. Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS/ABILITIES:

At least one year of experience in residential HVAC service or installation, preferred Must have knowledge of the phases of residential HVAC. Learn & be compliant with all standards & practices for data recording & reporting on invoices Troubleshooting & diagnosing and explaining all problems and options to clients Apply knowledge to perform thorough and accurate HVAC inspections and communicate findings with clients Must comply with all safety regulations and processes Ability to deal effectively with customers and solve technical problems by using experience and personal influence to provide resolution

REQUIRED:

High School Diploma or equivalent required

PREFERRED:

Experience in the trades: HVAC, plumbing, electrical Experience with Service Titan

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
