Job Summary Responsible for setting up, executing, and cleaning up functions according to Parkhurst’s catering manual. Essential Functions Serve and interact with guests professionally and friendly. Follow all service procedures per catering manual. Adhere to event sheets, diagrams, pull sheets, and timelines. Pick up equipment, supplies, and food post-event promptly. Ensure rented items are prepared for vendor pickup. Clean, stock, and organize all catering equipment and supplies. Maintain cleanliness as per schedule, using "clean as you go" techniques. Communicate needs to management clearly. Follow dress code and personal hygiene standards. Uphold Parkhurst Hospitality Gold Standards and Smile Plus hospitality imperatives. Assist team members as needed. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Must be able to perform essential functions satisfactorily; accommodations may be made for disabilities. Physical Demands Standing/walking 100% of time. Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. Frequently lift up to 25 lbs.
