The Leadership RoleT4 Enterprises LLC is hiring a full-time Store Manager in Omaha to lead store performance, protect standards, and develop a reliable team. You review inventory counts, place orders, and walk the store to spot what needs attention before the rush. Between guest interactions, you check labor and sales pacing, then pivot—coaching a newer teammate, resetting priorities, and keeping standards tight. Midday often includes interviews or onboarding touches, followed by quick follow-ups on training progress. Toward close, you verify cash handling, prepare bank deposits, and document notes for the next shift. Some weeks call for weekend or evening coverage, especially when staffing or business needs change.
