Position Summary To administer Physical Therapy evaluations and treatments according to the established standard of Physical Therapy, physicians referral, and Physical Therapy plan of care. Primary Position Responsibilities

• Evaluates all patients by identifying the patients primary problems and develops a treatment plan.
• Performs and modifies or updates patient treatment programs to maximize patient outcomes.
• Documents information to assure continuity of care and maximize reimbursement.
• Maintains schedule to attain productivity standards.
• Provides supervision to PTA, PT/PTA students and various levels of support personnel and volunteers.

Qualifications Minimum Education Required: Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy Preferred: Masters Degree in Physical Therapy, Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy Minimum Years of Experience (Amount, Type and Variation) Required: None Preferred: 1-2 years of prior experience License, Registry or Certification Required: Current NJ State License in Physical Therapy Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities Required: Knowledge of established standards for Physical Therapy, ability to connect with patient and build rapport, flexibility with schedule, computer skills Preferred: Familiarity with QCPR
