Objective:Ensuring the availability of all production lines, infrastructure elements including building services and energy supply.Qualification:Engineering or industrial engineering graduatePreferable specialization in machinery manufacturing or process technologyKnowledge:Mechanical engineering; plastics processingCoating technologyPersonnel managementMaintenance systemsBuilding servicesEnergy supplyConstruction site managementPlanning of investmentsOffice / SAP / Upkeep programEnglishMain Tasks:Sustaining plant availability in the 3-shift system in keeping with technical and economic aspectsSafeguarding the energy supply as well as planning and purchasing/procurement if there is any expansionWorking out optimization measures on production plantsResponsible person for the purchasing / procurement and storage of the magazine itemsConstruction site management of expansion projects with handling of the authoritiesHandling and monitoring of projects with external companiesResponsible for plant protectionResponsible for technical fire protection systemsResponsible for plant cleaning and outdoor areasGeneration of plant standards with regard to plant components and brandsPersonnel management, personnel planning and developmentBudget planning and responsibility for costsInvestment planningEnforcement of compliance with the quality management system and the quality requirementsSustained continuous improvement process actions and process and product optimizationEnsuring continuous improvement in tidiness and cleanlinessEnsuring compliance with all the accident prevention and health protection measuresOperations suggestion systemEnsuring and supporting professional educationReporting to the plant managementPromotion of the readiness of the employees to work independently in the framework of the delegated authority for achieving optimum performanceEnsuring that the “correct staff is occupying the correct position” as well as a purposeful personnel search for potential candidatesSpecial tasksSpecial Responsibilities:Compliance with the legal and official government conditions (occupational safety / fire protection / construction requirements / environment)Ensuring the availability of qualified skilled workersEnergy optimization
