What Makes Us Different?
We hire people first, skills second. If you're friendly, dependable, willing to learn, and know how to carry yourself professionally around customers, you'll fit right in. We can train you to clean windows. What we can't train is attitude, reliability, good judgment, and work ethic.

What the Job Looks Like:
We work outside in the heat, cold, wind, and the perfect sunny days too. Some days wrap up early; others run long. Most jobs go smoothly; others test your patience.
The work is physical, customer-facing, and hands-on. At the end of the day, you can see what you accomplished.
This role includes:

- Cleaning gutters and solar panels
- Installing, maintaining, and removing holiday lighting during the fall and winter
- Helping maintain company vehicles, tools, and materials
- Communicating with residential and commercial customers
- Quoting and recommending additional services when appropriate

- Rare Saturdays during especially busy periods
- Hours can vary depending on workload, weather, and season
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Reliable transportation to report to work
- Comfortable working from ladders up to approximately two stories
- Able to lift moderately heavy equipment and stay active throughout the day
- Comfortable working outdoors in Tucson weather
- Friendly and professional around customers
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Able to follow directions and work independently once trained
- Clean and professional appearance
- Willing to complete a background check as a condition of employment
Compensation
- $18/hour during paid training, typically about 2 weeks
- Total earnings fall within a $19–$30/hour range, depending on job mix, efficiency, experience, and tips. Typical pay lands around $25 per hour on average.
- Customer-review bonuses, upsell commissions, and other incentives are in addition to the pay range.
Our pay structure rewards technicians who become skilled and efficient while continuing to produce quality work.
If you're dependable, comfortable working with customers, and take pride in doing good work, we'd love to hear from you!
