We're seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager to lead high-end commercial interiors projects across New York City, overseeing projects from preconstruction through closeout. • • Lead multiple high-end commercial interiors projects simultaneously
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, and financial performance
  • Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
  • Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors
  • Review and manage contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
  • Drive project execution while ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction
  • Mentor and support Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and field teams

Profile

A successful Senior Project Manager should have:

• • 8+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor
  • Proven track record delivering high-end commercial interiors projects
  • Strong experience managing complex, fast-track projects in NYC
  • Exceptional knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and contract administration
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent client-facing communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software
  • Results-driven, organized, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
