Moose Cleaners is seeking friendly, dependable Customer Service Representatives to join our team at our dry-cleaning drop-off locations. No dry-cleaning experience is required. We provide paid training and will teach you everything you need to know. What matters most is a positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine desire to help customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Receive garments and accurately enter customer orders
• Prepare garments for cleaning and processing
• Organize and return completed orders to customers
• Answer questions and provide information about our services
• Process cash and credit card transactions
• Monitor store supplies and inventory
• Contact customers regarding completed or unclaimed orders
• Keep the front counter and store clean, organized, and presentable
• Handle multiple customers and tasks efficiently
• Work cooperatively with other team members

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required
• Positive, professional, and dependable attitude
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Comfortable using a computer and point-of-sale system
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
