Runk and Pratt
- Greet guests promptly and courteously.
- Present menus and answer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction.
- Refill beverages and respond promptly to guest requests.
- Process guest payments and provide accurate change or receipts.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas before and after service.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and fellow team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Report customer concerns or complaints to management when necessary.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry trays, dishes, and supplies up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
