Role Overview
Pink House Alchemy is seeking an organized and dependable Shipping Lead to oversee daily shipping and fulfillment operations. This role will ensure orders are packed accurately, shipped on time, and processed correctly in Odoo while providing day-to-day leadership to the shipping team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily picking, packing, and shipping operations.
Assign tasks and prioritize the shipping team's daily workload.
Ensure orders are accurate, properly packaged, and shipped on time.
Use Odoo to process and verify orders, inventory movements, and transfers.
Troubleshoot shipping and inventory discrepancies.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient shipping area.
Train and support team members on shipping procedures and Odoo.
Monitor shipping supplies and communicate restocking needs.
Identify ways to improve shipping accuracy, speed, and workflow.
Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to keep orders moving efficiently.
Qualifications
Previous shipping, fulfillment, or warehouse experience.
Leadership or team lead experience preferred.
Odoo or other ERP experience is preferred.
Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail.
Ability to lead and work alongside a team in a fast-paced environment.
Success Metrics
Accurate and on-time order fulfillment.
Reduced shipping and packing errors.
Accurate Odoo transactions.
Organized and efficient shipping operations.
Strong team productivity and accountability.
