Speech Language Pathologist in Arroyo Grande, CA

This onsite Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Arroyo Grande, CA, supporting elementary students with mild to moderate speech and language needs. The position involves working across two school locations, with a schedule of three days at one school and two days at the other. The current caseload includes approximately 55 students, providing a rewarding and dynamic environment for an SLP experienced in school settings.


Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary students with mild to moderate communication disorders.
• Collaborate with educators and staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in line with school and district guidelines.
• Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and professional development activities as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid SLP certification and eligibility for CF (Clinical Fellowship) support.
• Must provide personal supervisor for CF supervision; no SLPA required.
• Experience working with school-aged children, preferably elementary level.
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 55 students across two sites.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Location and Schedule:

• Position is onsite in Arroyo Grande, CA.
• Split schedule: 3 days at one school site, 2 days at another.
