Automotive Technician - Suspension & Off-Road

Job Description Grizzly Offroad is looking for an experienced Automotive Technician to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. We specialize in lift kits, leveling kits, wheels & tires, suspension upgrades, and off-road accessories. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can diagnose problems efficiently, and wants to be part of a growing shop. Responsibilities Install lift kits and leveling kits Install wheels, tires, and accessories Perform alignments (if applicable) General maintenance and repair services Diagnose suspension, steering, drivetrain, and engine noises Perform quality inspections before vehicle delivery Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications Minimum 3 years of automotive technician experience preferred Experience installing suspension and lift kits Ability to diagnose suspension and drivability concerns Must provide your own professional tools Valid driver's license Ability to lift 75+ lbs Strong work ethic and attention to detail Preferred (Bonus Points) Differential gear installation Axle rebuild experience Diesel experience Welding and fabrication Alignment experience Performance suspension knowledge What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Full-time position Monday–Friday schedule (if that's your schedule) Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding off-road shop Work on lifted trucks, Jeeps, Broncos, Toyotas, and other custom builds Part time and Per Diem is available Company Description Grizzly Offroad is Jacksonville's premier truck, Jeep, and SUV customization shop, specializing in lift kits, suspension upgrades, wheels & tires, diagnostics, maintenance, and off-road performance.
