Position: Part-Time Associate Dentist (Adult Dentistry Focus) We are currently looking for a Part-Time Associate Dentist to join our expanding team. Participate in morning meetings (you can even lead one!), organize your day, express appreciation to your team, and highlight outstanding examples of customer service, teamwork, and goal achievement. Enjoy working with children, who represent over 70% of our patient demographic. Focused Procedures Key procedures include restorations, extractions, fixed/removable prosthetics, and endodontics (including molar endodontics). Responsibilities As an Associate Dentist, you will provide dental services to patients with the assistance of your team. Our practice is equipped with: DentaPro software Digital x-ray and Panorex systems Fiber-optic handpieces Annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training A support team ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider A patient demographic primarily aged 3-21, with up to 30% adults depending on the location An office flow averaging 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients A mix of state insurance plans, PPOs, and out-of-network payors Growth and Development This role offers opportunities for growth and development through mentoring and collaboration.
