Prior Intake Experience Preferred! Schedule: Mon-Thurs, 10am-9pm. Therapist II will be responsible for patient caseload and will provide group, individual, and family therapy. Therapist II will conduct psychosocial and bio-psychosocial assessments. Therapist II will collaborate with the Treatment Team to formulate the Master Treatment Plan, and assist in coordinating discharge planning. The Therapist II has primary responsibility for maintaining communication with the family, referral source and other service providers as needed. Core Job Duties Individual, family, and group therapy Biopsychosocial assessments Treatment Planning Documentation Therapeutic intervention practices Discharge summary Education: Masters’ Degree in social work, psychology, or related human services field required. Credentials: Independently Licensed in the State of Florida to practice required -- Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counselor, or other behavioral health-related field. LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor) LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) LMFT (Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist) CPR and BFA Certification required. Experience: Minimum two (2) years of work experience in behavioral health field required.
