Print Shop Assistant (Dry Offset Printing)

$22-$25 per hour (DOE)

Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

We are seeking an experienced Print Shop Assistant / Dry Offset Printing Operator to join our production team. This role is responsible for operating dry offset printing equipment used to print logos and designs on cups while maintaining quality and production standards.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of dry offset or offset printing experience required
• Experience printing on cups, containers, or similar products preferred
• Knowledge of plate setup, ink mixing, color matching, and print registration
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and identify print defects
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift production materials as needed

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate dry offset printing machines
• Monitor print quality, alignment, and color consistency
• Inspect finished products for defects
• Perform routine machine cleaning and minor maintenance
• Complete production records and maintain a safe work area
