The Mover Helper plays a crucial role in supporting residential moving projects by assisting with physical tasks such as loading, unloading, and packing. Working alongside small to medium-sized teams, the mover helper ensures the smooth and efficient relocation of customers' belongings while maintaining high standards of safety and customer interaction. This position involves day, evening, and weekend shifts, emphasizing physical stamina and teamwork in a dynamic moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading household items during residential moves
- Support packing and securing of furniture and boxes for transport
- Handle furniture carefully to prevent damage
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers
- Collaborate effectively with small to medium-sized moving teams
- Follow safety protocols and assist with maintaining a safe work environment
