About the Role:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at bluefrog Plumbing + Drain of Boynton Beach FL. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide information about our services
• Schedule appointments for our plumbing and drain services
• Assist with billing and invoicing inquiries
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using customer service software and tools
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Familiar with Service Titan
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
