Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and best practices.
- Manage classroom behavior and implement positive discipline strategies to promote a respectful learning environment.
- Support the social and emotional well-being of students, addressing individual needs and concerns.
- Organize and participate in school events, activities, and parent-teacher conferences as needed.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Valid teaching certification for elementary education.
- Strong knowledge of child development and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the community.
- Proficient in using technology and educational software to enhance learning.
- Experience in classroom management and creating inclusive learning environments.
