Behavior Technician
Soliant has an opening for a contracted Registered Behavior Technician in the Weaverville,
North Carolina area. This position is for the 2026-2027 School Year. Soliant offers Weekly Pay,
guaranteed hours, and an exceptional Health Benefits & 401k package.

- Experience working with children with special needs
- Experience with ABA programs
- Comfortable with aggressive behaviors
Skills & Abilities
• Proficient in implementing behavior intervention plans utilizing applied behavior analysis (ABA)
techniques.
• Skilled in data collection and analysis to monitor student progress and make data-driven
decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students,
parents, and school staff. This position is available to be filled immediately!
