Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Surgical Services - CVOR Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform vein harvesting using the Maquet Hemopro 2 system.
• Assist surgical team with CVOR procedures, including CABG and valve surgeries.
• Provide standby support for TAVR and laser lead procedures.
• Participate in thoracic robotic-assisted surgeries and general open-heart procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data collection for all procedures.
• Coordinate with main OR and adhere to dress code policies.

Qualifications

• Competency in vein procurement using Maquet Hemopro 2 system.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Certified Surgical Technician (CST) credential.
• Experience in cardiovascular operating room (CVOR) settings.
• Ability to work in high-pressure environments with a 1:1 patient ratio.
• Willingness to take part in rotating weekends on call.
