CNC Machinist

$28–$32/hr + Quarterly Bonus

1st & 2nd Shift | Raises Every 6 Months | Day-One Benefits

About the Job

We’re looking for a CNC Machinist who wants a stable, long-term role with room to grow. You’ll be working in a clean, well-run shop with good equipment and a team that takes pride in their work.

What You’ll Do

• Run CNC lathes (mills as needed)
• Set up your own jobs, including tooling and bar feeders
• Check parts for quality and make adjustments as needed
• Track measurements and keep things running to spec (SPC)
• Deburr parts and handle basic machine maintenance
• Help improve processes and keep machines running smoothly
• Work with a team of experienced machinists

What You Need

• CNC machining experience
• Strong experience with CNC lathes
• Able to read blueprints
• Comfortable doing your own setups
• Attention to detail and a focus on quality
• Good problem-solving skills

Pay & Benefits

This is a Permanent position based out of Pine City, MN.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
