QuickPro Staffing is currently seeking dependable and motivated Shop Technicians for a growing warehouse and repair facility. This is a great opportunity for candidates with carpentry, repair, manufacturing, upholstery, or fabrication experience looking for a long-term opportunity with competitive pay and overtime potential.

?? Job Responsibilities

• Repair furniture products to restore them to like-new condition
• Read and follow work orders and verbal/written instructions
• Diagnose surface, structural, fabric, or mechanical damage
• Perform sanding, painting, carpentry, and basic structural repairs
• Reupholster chairs, sofas, headboards, and other furniture pieces
• Safely operate tools and equipment including saws, drills, spray booths, air hoses, and hand tools
• Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with facility upkeep and general warehouse duties as needed
• Work independently and as part of a team

? Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 3–5 years of experience in carpentry, repair shop, upholstery, fabrication, or manufacturing environments preferred
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and warehouse equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
• Strong attention to detail and positive work ethic
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work overtime when needed
