As a Customer Service Representative, you'll help create a compassionate, welcoming experience while supporting one of Northern California's leading veterinary specialty hospitals.

In Your Day-to-Day, You Will

• Welcome clients and patients while providing exceptional customer service during emergency and specialty visits.

• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage client communications.

• Obtain accurate patient and client information and maintain medical records.

• Coordinate with veterinarians, technicians, and hospital staff to support efficient patient flow.

• Assist clients with estimates, payments, and general hospital information.

• Provide compassionate support to clients during emotionally challenging situations.

• Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming reception area.

• Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and support teams.

• Contribute to a positive, team-focused hospital culture.

What You Bring

• Minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in a veterinary or healthcare setting.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Commitment to providing exceptional client service.
