Are you a people person with good communication skills and a creative side? Closets by Design is hiring designers/sales representatives to help customers organize their homes. As a Closets by Design Designer, you can enjoy a flexible schedule while traveling to appointments close to your home to meet with prospective and current customers. Qualifications Drivers License Must reside in NJ, within a ~30 mile radius of the job posting location Preferred Skills Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective and existing customers Highly motivated, with the ability to work independently Detail‑oriented and good time management to succeed in a fast‑paced environment Strong negotiating, planning, and consultative sales skills Outside sales experience Additional Information Complete sales and designer training, no cold calling, pre‑set appointments, excellent marketing materials, great support from a team of managers, flexible schedule with full‑time and part‑time opportunities, ability to thrive in a full commission/bonus sales environment. Earn $3,000-$5,000 in commission and bonuses per month.
