Locum CRNA needed near Fort Wayne, IN

The Role:

• • Location: Fort Wayne, IN - Central IN
• • Assignment duration: ASAP and work 3 to 6 months
• • Shift: 5x8, 40 hr/wk. No weekend. No call.
• • Independent practice. - No new grads. Must have experience working in Independent Practice Model.
• • Types of cases: Endo, OB, General, Ortho.
• • Do the CRNAs need to do blocks, spinals, and epidurals? YES.
• • EMR: Cerner.
• • Must have IN license.
• • Will cross credential at 2 sites.
• • Credentialing timeframe: 1-3 months; temps can be granted.
