Our client is seeking a skilled Attorney with experience in both litigation and transactional matters to support a dynamic legal practice. This role requires a versatile legal professional who can manage disputes, provide strategic counsel, draft and negotiate agreements, and advise clients on a broad range of legal issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle litigation matters from pre-dispute analysis through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and settlement negotiations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements and transactional documents.
• Advise clients on legal risk, compliance, contract interpretation, and business matters.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, correspondence, and other legal documents.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and outside counsel on litigation strategy and transactional priorities.
• Support matters involving contract management, compliance, litigation, and mergers and acquisitions as needed.

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in good standing. Georgia bar preferred.
• Experience handling both litigation and transactional legal work.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, research, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills and sound business judgment.
• Experience with commercial law, employment and labor law, intellectual property, or real estate law is a plus.
